Courtney Nichols, FNP-C

Biography

Courtney Nichols, FNP-BC, is a native to Kirksville and brings her great healthcare experience in serving our patients. While attending LPN school in Kirksville, she also worked in assisted living and nursing homes. She obtained her RN and worked in the ICU and ER at Northeast Regional Medical Center for 6 years before becoming a Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Chamberlain College of Nursing in August 2017 and was licensed in October 2017. Courtney says, “…Complete Family Medicine is a very welcoming family. I enjoy working with the staff and interacting with the patients.” Courtney and her team strive to provide exceptional care to our patients and communities.

In her spare time, Courtney can be found taking care of her kids and running them around to all their different activities. 

Courtney sees primary care and walk-in patients at our CFM Kirksville Rural Health Clinic located at the 1611 S Baltimore St Primary Care Clinic and Urgent Care Kirksville building. She is currently taking new patients of all ages and is able to treat chronic diseases and acute illness, perform annual wellness and well-child checks, as well as manage women’s health.
