Deborah Holte, DPM

Biography

Dr. Deb Holte is a Podiatrist with a personal passion for helping people get back on their feet. Her own experience as a college-level runner, where a foot injury threatened to end her career, inspired her to pursue podiatry. After a foot specialist helped her return to competing at a higher level than before, she was motivated to provide the same life-changing care to both runners and non-runners alike.

Dr. Holte was drawn to Hannibal Regional after observing how its physicians collaborate to provide the best possible patient care. For her, joining the organization feels less like joining a business and more like joining a family, a dynamic she is eager to be a part of. She is a dedicated patient advocate, caring deeply for her patients and their families, with a top priority of improving their quality of life.

The most rewarding aspect of her work is seeing patients who arrive scared and frustrated leave with a positive outlook on their foot health. The fact that she now treats second-generation patients lets her know she has done good things for their families. She is also fortunate to have her son, Dr. Nathaniel Holte, join her in practice.
