Teri Tucker, WHNP-BC

Biography

Teri is a Truman alumni, graduating in 1986 with her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. She obtained her Womens's Health Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Texas - Dallas Southwest Medical in Dallas, TX in 1988 and is certified through the National Certification Corporation.

She has continued to reside in Kirksville, MO ever since, providing quality health care for patients at Planned Parenthood and Sylvara Family Practice. She was also instrumental in organizing and supervising NRMC rural health clinics in the surrounding area. For the last 12 years, Teri has been employed at the Truman Student Health Center, dedicated to providing primary care and women's health care for the college population.

In her spare time, Teri enjoys spending time with her family and her dog and working out.
