Complete Family Medicine CARES Center is excited to be hosting its very first COVID-19 Vaccine clinic along with the Adair County Health Department and Kirksville R-3 School District. The event will be held on Tuesday, June 8th from 7:30AM to 1:30PM and Wednesday, June 9th from 1PM to 7PM, and the second dose will be given at the same location and time as the first on June 29th and June 30th. It will be held at Kirksville R-3 High School fitness room and students can enter through the North entrance of the high school.
We are also happy to announce that the two-dose Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine will come at no cost to anyone 12-
18 years of age. It is also very important to note that any student getting the vaccine come with the “Parent Signed Consent Form”. To make it simple, we’ve attached all the links you will need below! Parents are not required to be present but are welcome, assuming the consent form is complete.
